I didn’t grow up “naturally fit.”
I've been living with rheumatoid arthritis since age 7, struggled with years of weight ups and downs, and I know what it's like to be stuck in the cycle of “start again Monday”.
After having my second child, I hit a point where I felt completely disconnected from my body. Getting the right help changed everything. I learned fitness isn’t complicated, most people just haven’t been taught properly.
